Thank you for booking your place at the 3PUTT Palms Golf Day.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and event policy below. Please read this carefully before completing your booking.

1. Event Details

The 3PUTT Palms Golf Day will be hosted at:

Batchworth Park Golf Club

The day will include food before golf, 18 holes of golf, live app scoring, on-course challenges, prizes, and a social after the round.

Players should arrive from 1:00pm for food before golf.

The first group will tee off at 2:00pm.

There are 23 player spaces available, plus 3PUTT Palms, making a full field of 24 players across 6 tee times.

2. Ticket Purchase

Each ticket gives one player entry to the 3PUTT Palms Golf Day.

Your place is only confirmed once payment has been completed.

Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by 3PUTT Palms.

Please make sure you are able to attend before purchasing your ticket.

If you can no longer attend, you will not be entitled to a refund.

4. Ticket Transfers

Tickets are not transferable.

This means your ticket cannot be sold, gifted, swapped, or passed on to another person.

The name used when booking must match the person attending on the day.

3PUTT Palms reserves the right to refuse entry if a ticket has been transferred without permission.

5. Weather, Course Conditions and Changes

Golf events can be affected by weather, course conditions, or decisions made by the golf club.

If the course remains open and the event goes ahead, tickets will remain non-refundable.

If Batchworth Park Golf Club closes the course or the event cannot go ahead for reasons outside of our control, 3PUTT Palms will contact all ticket holders with the next steps.

Where possible, we may look to rearrange the event for a new date.

6. Food and Social

Food will be served before golf from 1:00pm.

After the round, players will come together for a social and prize giving.

Please let 3PUTT Palms know in advance if you have any serious allergies or dietary requirements. While we will do our best to pass this information on to the venue, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements can be accommodated.

7. Live Scoring and Competition Format

Live app scoring will be used throughout the round.

Players are responsible for entering scores honestly and accurately.

Final results will be checked before prizes are awarded.

3PUTT Palms reserves the right to make final decisions on scoring, rules, prizes, and competition results.

8. Prizes

The golf day is proudly sponsored by The Golf Subscription Company, who will be providing the prizes.

Prizes will be awarded for the overall winner, as well as on-course challenges including Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive.

The overall winner on the day will receive a Trophy.

All prize decisions are final.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Behaviour and Golf Club Rules

All players must respect Batchworth Park Golf Club, its staff, members, guests, and other attendees.

Players are expected to follow the club’s dress code, golf etiquette, and course rules at all times.

3PUTT Palms reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event if their behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive.

No refund will be given if a player is removed from the event due to their behaviour.

10. Photography and Video

Content may be filmed and photographed during the event for use on 3PUTT Palms social media, marketing, and future event promotion.

By attending the event, you understand that you may appear in photos or videos from the day.

If you do not want to be featured in close-up content, please let 3PUTT Palms know before the event starts.

11. Personal Belongings

Players are responsible for their own belongings, golf equipment, valuables, and personal items during the event.

3PUTT Palms is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

12. Injury and Participation

Golf is played at your own risk.

By attending the event, you confirm that you are fit and able to take part.

3PUTT Palms is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during the event, except where caused by negligence.

13. Personal Information

When you purchase a ticket, we may collect your name, email address, and order details so we can manage your booking and contact you about the event.

Your details will only be used for event-related communication unless you have chosen to receive further updates from 3PUTT Palms.

Payment information is handled securely through the website/payment provider and is not stored directly by 3PUTT Palms.
